The Retreat at Paloma Lake’s Trusted Turf Care Team
The Retreat is the newest of Sun City's three amenity complexes, anchoring the community's newer phases with its own pool, fitness area and gathering spaces. Homes here tend to have younger landscaping — sod and beds still establishing rather than decades mature.
New landscaping comes with its own rulebook. Sun City's design guidelines give homeowners 120 days from plan approval to finish new landscaping, longer if watering restrictions are active, and we know what that clock means for a new build here.
